Write us an return request e-mail to webmaster@louisdog.com.  All returns require prior written approval by Louisdog and a Return Authorization Number, which will be issued to you. Once you have received the RA#, you must ship your return within 10 days before it expires. Returns with expired RA# will not be accepted.
